Introducing the Indiana Rural Land Use Council (R-LUC)
The Indiana Rural Land Use Council (R-LUC), an effort like never before that will finally bring the right people into small, private rooms, on a regularly scheduled basis over the next two years with the intent to provide progress for Indiana. Your support and participation are needed to make this effort successful. Our first of four annual sessions will be November 13, 2025 at Indiana Farm Bureau. Please see below for the brochure detailing how the R-LUC will work, the cost, and benefits.
Participation is by invitation and these events are not open to the public or ticketed. With your support, we will stand up this group to meet four times each year for two years (renewal after year one is optional) with the sole intent to provide progress for energy siting in Indiana with key stakeholders talking candidly, developing working action points, and building trust and relationships.
Please call with any questions and let us know at your earliest opportunity if you’ll participate. Our group size will be limited to 75.

Indiana Ag Coalition for Rural Energy (IN-ACRE), is dedicated to supporting Hoosier farmers and rural landowners. The coalition promotes an agenda that safeguards Hoosier property rights and sustains family farms, which are integral to the rural economy. By informing, educating, facilitating, encouraging, and showcasing initiatives, IN-ACRE aims to empower growers, enhance rural energy efficiency, and generate new income streams.
